Mild steel round bar is solid round section used for shafts, pins, anchor bolts, balustrade infill, gate scrolls and machined parts. Seen Steel supplies round bar from 6 mm up to 200 mm diameter, in commercial and structural grades, cut to length and delivered to all seven emirates.

Grades
- ASTM A36, EN 10025 S235 or S275, JIS SS400 for structural and general fabrication
- EN 10060 for hot rolled round bar dimensions and tolerances
- C45, EN8 and free cutting grades on request for shafts and machined parts

Round bar, rebar and bright bar
Plain round bar has a smooth surface and is not the same as ribbed reinforcement bar, which is made to a different standard for concrete. Bright bar is drawn or ground to a closer tolerance and a better finish, for shafts and fits. Hot rolled black round bar, which is what most orders are, has a mill finish and wider tolerances.

Cutting and delivery
We supply 6 m lengths or cut to your list. Deliveries go to workshops and sites across all seven emirates, including Al Quoz, Jebel Ali, Mussafah, Sajaa, Ajman Industrial and Al Hamra. Mill test certificates are supplied with the material.
