Galvanized Iron Sheet / Coils
Galvanized sheet and coil goes into ducting, roofing, cladding, cable tray, partitions and general fabrication. Two things decide whether you are comparing like with like: the thickness basis and the zinc coating class.
What we supply
- GI coil and sheet: full coils, slit coil or cut to length sheet
- Zinc classes from Z120 for internal work up to Z275 and heavier for exposed and coastal use
- PPGI and galvalume on request for roofing and cladding
Gauge, thickness and zinc
Sheet is still ordered by gauge across the UAE, but gauge tables vary, so order in millimetres where tolerance matters. Also check whether a quoted thickness is base metal or total coated thickness, because on thin gauges the difference is real money. How to order
